Local bookshop. Don't come here expecting large amounts of books. However, small selection is more than made up for with the friendly staff!

I love the personal recommendations written by employees, I've discovered several favorites from them. The skylit interior is usually uncrowded, the perfect way to get out of the sun for an hour or so and get some books and magazines to read in your hotel room or take home. Something about this store makes me stop by coming from LaJolla to the airport. This bookstore always makes me happy, definitely in my top ten anywhere.
