Feels like old time cinema they get first rate movies 1 big 2 small theater 8.50$ first show mat
I want to love my local cinema. The remodel is beautiful. I can walk to a show. Unfortunately, in the smaller screen rooms, there are more bad seats than good ones. You have to arrive 30 minutes before a showing to get one of the few good seats. The last two shows I attended, my husband and I just couldn’t get to the theater in time for a couple of good seats. I spent 2 hours with my neck torqued to see the screen. The next morning, I still feel it!
So, I can leave from my house at the same time and drive off island and have a better selection of seats.
Since it's re-opening this theater has been one of my favorites in San Diego. If you want a decent priced film, comfortable seats, and (normally) a polite crowd, look no further. There is one large theater that shows the latest release, and two smaller theaters. I recommend making sure the film you are seeing is in the larger theater, as the smaller ones tend to feel like you're watching at home (not the best bang for your buck).
Perhaps Vintage needs to offer reserved seats.
Beautiful theater. Great picture, fantastic sound. Small and intimate seating. The first theater I have ever preferred over my home.
Just about the best theater you'll come by. Incredibly high quality projectors and sound! Wonderful staff! A truly moving cinematic experience for all who come here!
